Creating a La Latina account

To join La Latina community, go to the left top of the « create an account » page, on La Latina logo. Chose a username and a password then enter your personnal information. Click on the "Submit" button to finish.


Verification code not accepted

When you register to La Latina, if you're unable to input the correct verification code, it might be because you're reading it incorrectly. Click the "Can't read verification code?" link below the image until you receive an image that is clear enough for you to read. If you still can't read it, please ask someone to help you.

The verification code expires after 2 minutes and you will need to finish your sign-up process within that time or you will keep getting a verification code error message. If you receive this message, try again after clearing your cache and cookies.


Confirming e-mail address

Confirm your e-mail address to validate your new account settings.

The validation link you need to confirm your e-mail address is provided in the welcome e-mail you will recieve once you have created your account. The confirmation of your e-mail address is required for any action on La Latina, such as posting videos, commentaries, consulting your e-mails, on-line shopping….

To confirm your e-mail address, proceed as follows:

1. Once your username is created on the create my account page, you will recieve a confirmation e-mail.
2. Click on the  E-mail address confirmation link provided in the message (You can also copy and paste the link in your web browser).
3. That's all! You will then be redirected to a confirmation page and discover the website.

If you don't get the confirmation e-mail once you have register, please check your spam folder. Some spam filters are more agressive than others. If you still haven't recieved after several hours, please try to confirm your e-mail address using another e-mail address.

Select a language

Click on the language link on the right top corner of each page to select a language.


Information about my account activity

Just click on the "My account" link on the right top of each to go to your account page. It is more convenient to gathered all your information on the same page: you can quicckly access your account history.
